What are Error 806400 and Error 806700?
These are general errors that can appear during the activation process. Since the errors have different causes, please select the error you're seeing below:
Error 806700
The 806700 error occurs when our server can't verify that the account information, such as an email address, corresponds with the purchases made under that account. It usually occurs after the account email address has been changed to a new address. There are 2 ways to solve this
Reinstall the Big Fish Games app
- Select your operating system from the list below and follow the steps to uninstall the app.
- Windows XP
- Open the Start menu.
- Select Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Remove the program titled Big Fish: Game Manager.
- Proceed with the uninstall to remove the app from your computer.
- Windows 7 / Vista
- Open the Start menu (Windows button), then select Control Panel.
- Under the Programs heading, click Uninstall a program.
- Select Big Fish: Game Manager from the list, and click the Uninstall/Change button near the top.
- Proceed with the uninstall to remove the app from your computer.
- Windows 8 / 8.1 Users
- Move your mouse cursor to the bottom left corner of the screen and right-click.
- Select Control Panel and click Uninstall a program.
- Select Big Fish: Game Manager from the list, and click the Uninstall/Change button near the top.
- Follow the directions on your screen to remove the Big Fish Games app from your computer.
- Windows 10 Users
First, uninstall the Big Fish Games app using the steps below:
- Open the Windows start menu.
- Select Settings.
- In the 'Find a setting' bar, type "Programs and Features" then press the Enter key.
- Select Programs and Features.
- Select Big Fish: Game Manager from the list.
- Click Uninstall.
- Proceed with the directions on your screen to remove the Big Fish Games app from your computer.

- Mac
To uninstall the Big Fish Games app, move the application to the trash can on your desktop and then empty the can to delete the files.
- Windows XP
- Next, reinstall the Big Fish Games app on your PC or Mac by clicking one of the links below.
When installing, please choose the default installation location for the app if possible. On a PC, the default game installation location is C:\Program Files (or C:\Program Files (x86) if you have a 64 bit system). On a Mac, the default game installation location is your Applications folder.
Once the app is installed, try to activate your game again.
Change your account email address back to a previous address
If reinstalling the Big Fish Games app doesn't help, try changing your email address on our site to the address you first used to purchase the game.
Even if the previous email address is no longer valid, it can be used for your Big Fish account in order to activate your game. You can change your email address on the Account Info page. Afterward, try to activate your game again.

Error 806400
Error 806400 can have several different causes.
