Error Code 346

Error Code 346 appears when the system is having trouble installing a game through the Big Fish Games app. This can also be listed as Error Code 344 or 345.

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the error:

Restart your PC:

Sometimes turning the computer off and back on can help get this error code cleared up. If the error still appears please proceed to the next step.

Uninstall the Game from the Control Panel:

Please select your operating system from the list below and follow the steps given:

XP

1. Click the Start menu and select Computer
2. Open Local Disk (C:), and then open the Program Files folder. (For 64-bit computers, open Program Files x86)
3. Open the folder for the game
4. Double-click on the Uninstall icon

Your game should now be uninstalled.

Vista/Windows 7

1. Click the Start menu (Windows pearl button on the bottom left) and select Computer
2. Open Local Disk (C:), and then open the Program Files folder. (For 64-bit computers, open Program Files x86)
3. Open the folder for the game
4. Right-click on Uninstall and select Run as administrator

Your game should now be uninstalled.

Windows 8

1. Press the buttons "Home (Windows symbol)"+ "x" on your keyboard, or hover over the bottom left corner of the screen and right-click
2. Select File Explorer and click on Local Disk (C:)
3. Open the Program Files folder. (For 64-bit computers, open Program Files x86)
4. Open the folder for the game
5. Right-click on Uninstall and select Run as administrator

Your game should now be uninstalled.

Windows 8.1/Windows 10

1. Right-click directly on the Windows icon. (Located on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.)
2. Select File Explorer and click on Local Disk (C:)
3. Open the Program Files folder. (For 64-bit computers, open Program Files x86)
4. Open the folder for the game
5. Right-click on Uninstall and select Run as administrator

Your game should now be uninstalled.

Delete the Game File Manually:

If the steps above didn't clear the error message up, let's try manually deleting the game file instead:

1. Use the steps above to navigate the the game's folder.
2. Right click on the Game File.
3. Select Delete.

The game should now be deleted.
