Purchased Game is Still in Trial Mode

I bought the full version game but it's still in trial mode. How do I activate this game?

If the game doesn’t automatically activate after purchasing the full version, follow the steps below.

Activate the full version game

1. Open the Big Fish Games app (Game Manager).
2. Make sure that you're signed in to the same account that you used to purchase the game.
3. Click the Buy button next to the purchased game you’d like to activate.
4. The Big Fish Games app should detect that you already purchased the game.
5. Click the Activate Now button.

If prompted, please enter the email address and password combination for the Big Fish Games account you used to purchase the game.

Received a 206 error?

If you received this error, the game may have been purchased under an account registered to a different email address. In order to activate the full version game, sign in using the correct email address and password combination. See our Activation Error (206) help article for more details.
