Playing games on macOS Catalina and Higher

Follow these easy steps to get started with downloading and playing games on your Mac:

Download the Game Manager – After downloading the installer, locate the file in your Downloads folder.
Move to Applications – Drag the Game Manager icon into the Applications folder for easy access.
Open the Game Manager – Right-click (or hold Control and click) on the Game Manager icon, then choose Open. This step may prompt a security warning on newer macOS versions, but simply click Open again if asked.

Tip: If you see a message saying there's an update available, you can proceed with the update to ensure you're using the latest version of the Game Manager.

Verify System Requirements – Before downloading a game, make sure your Mac meets the system requirements listed on the game’s page. You can usually find this under the System Requirements section.

Tip: If you’re unsure whether your Mac will run the game smoothly, check for the minimum OS version required and any specific hardware needs like RAM or graphics specifications.
Open the Game Manager – Launch the Game Manager from your Applications folder.
Browse or Search for Games –
- Click on the Mac Games tab to see all compatible titles.
- Alternatively, if you’ve already purchased the game, go to the Purchase History tab to find your games.
Download Your Game – From the list of games, click the Download button next to the game you want to install.

Tip: You can also filter the game list by genres or other categories to find games that interest you more quickly.
Keep in mind that Mac OS does NOT support 32-bit games.

Install the Game – After downloading, the Game Manager should automatically install the game on your Mac.
