Please note that online and downloadable games purchased from the Big Fish Games website are not compatible with the NOOK.
Since NOOK games are purchased through the NOOK Store, the Big Fish Games purchasing system is not used. As such, Game Club credits, Punch Card credits, and coupon codes cannot be applied to the purchase of these games.

My game is crashing, stalling, showing a black screen, or just not working properly. What can I do?
There are several reasons why a game may crash or stall. If you've been playing for more than one hour consecutively, then there is a greater chance this can occur.
Improve game performance
First, try these tips to improve the performance of your game:
- Double-check that your device has plenty of battery life left. If you're playing with low battery life, then the device has to work harder to run a game. It's recommended to play while connected to your computer, a wall outlet, or after the battery has fully charged.
- Close all applications. For some issues, including game crashes, it is a good idea to close all other running applications before starting a game to free up your device's resources.
- If you're still having trouble, try restarting your device.
