Purchasing and Installing a Game

How to Purchase and Download a Game from the Website

1. Sign In or Create an Account:

   • Log in to your Big Fish Games account or create a free one to get started.

2. Browse for a Game:

   • Find the game you want (PC or Mac), and click the Play Now button to start the free trial (if available).

3. Buy the Full Version:

   • Once you’re ready to purchase, simply click the Buy Now button.

4. Apply Game Club Credits (if applicable):

   • If you have any available Game Club credits, they will automatically apply at checkout.

5. Review Your Order:

   • Confirm your order details, including the total price and payment info, then click Place Order.

6. Install Your Game:

   • After purchase, click Install Game Now on the receipt page to start downloading your full game.

How to Purchase and Download a Game from the Big Fish Games App (Game Manager)

1. Open the Big Fish Games App:

   • Launch the Game Manager app on your device.

2. Browse or Play a Trial:

   • Find a game you’d like to purchase. You can either browse or play the trial version first.

3. Buy the Game:

   • Once you’re ready to buy, click Buy next to the game.

4. Check Out:

   • You’ll be taken to your shopping cart within the app. Fill out your payment info, apply any coupon codes (if you have one), and click Place Order to complete the purchase.

5. Access Your Purchased Games:

   • After the purchase is completed, you can always visit your account Purchase History to view past orders and download any of your purchased games.
