How can I purchase and download a Collector's Edition game?
Collector's Edition games are available for $19.99 USD*, or for only $13.99 USD* for members of the Big Fish Game Club. You can also redeem 2 months worth of points (1398 points) for a Collector's Edition. Once your purchase is completed, you can download and install your game from the receipt page or email confirmation.
After the purchase is completed, activation details will also appear in your My Order History, where you can view past orders and print receipts.
*Other currencies are available. You may see an equivalent price in your local currency. You can also select a new currency in the shopping cart while making a purchase.
Redeeming Game Club credits for a Collector's Edition
You can use 1398 Big Fish Points to purchase a Collector's Edition, even if you're no longer a member of the Game Club! Simply add a Collector’s Edition to your shopping cart, and apply the points on your account towards your purchase.
I purchased the standard version game. Can I upgrade to the Collector's Edition without losing my progress in the game?
Oftentimes, a standard version and Collector's Edition of a game will use the same saved information. However, this differs from game to game, and upgrading to some Collector's Editions may require you to start the game over.
Please note: We are unable to offer upgrades from a standard version game to a Collector's Edition that was purchased at a sale price.
By purchasing and installing the Collector's Edition before we refund the original purchase, your player profile can often be saved, preventing you from starting again from the beginning. This differs depending on the game, and is not the case for all Collector's Editions.
What are the System Requirements needed to play?
Collector's Editions are Large File games that include complex graphics. For optimal performance, we recommend playing on a system that meets the minimum requirements.

When will the standard version game be released?
A standard version game will be released some time after the Collector's Edition. However, release dates are rarely published beforehand since they often change.
