Tracking your purchase history can help you locate order numbers, verify charges, or prepare for refund requests. Here's how to view your purchase history on Android and iOS devices:
📱 Android (Google Play)
To view your purchase history on Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Budget & history.
- Your recent purchases will be listed here, including apps, games, and in-app purchases.

🍏 iOS (Apple App Store)
To view your purchase history on an Apple device:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Media & Purchases > View Account.
- Scroll down and tap Purchase History.
- You’ll see a list of your purchases, grouped by date.

Where can I find a receipt for my order?
Please click the device from which the purchase was made:
PC/Mac (www.BigFishGames.com)
For purchases made at www.BigFishGames.com, order receipts are sent to the email address registered to your Big Fish Games account shortly after completing a purchase.
If you're not receiving order receipts, make sure to check the Spam or Junk folder of your inbox and add orders@bigfishgames.com and no-reply@bigfishgames.com to your safe-senders list. You can also view, print, email, or save your receipt information at any time from your Big Fish Games account.
View/print order receipts
1. Go to the Purchase History section of your account by hovering over your username.
2. Click on an order receipt to view the details.
3. Select to print, email, or save your receipt information.
Order receipt not listed in My Order History?
Orders will only appear on the account under which they were purchased, so the order may have been made under a different account.
If you have an additional account using an alternate email address, please sign in using the email address and password combination for that particular account to view your order receipt.
Android (Google Play Store)
When you make a purchase from the Google Play store, you'll receive a confirmation email. That confirmation email will include your order number.
If you can't find the confirmation email, follow the steps below to check your Google account:
- Visit payments.google.com.
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases.
- Select an order.
- Check the receipt page for your order number.
