No, we do not offer phone support at this time.
Our primary mode of support is via email. This does not mean we don’t want to speak to you - quite the opposite, actually! We’ve found that we give our highest quality of support when we focus our efforts on email. This allows us to pass on useful information such as links to help articles, screenshots, and step by step workflows - which you can then refer back to again in the future!
