Big Fish Games Newsletters

I want to sign up for newsletters.

To sign up for newsletters:

1. Visit www.bigfishgames.com.

2. Sign in to an existing account or create an account.

3. Open the Welcome dropdown in the header.

4. Click "Account" to visit the Account Details page.

5. Check "Yes, I’d like to receive marketing emails" if this is not already checked. You will then see a list of options appear below the checkbox and an indication that your changes are being saved.

6. You may need to check your email for an email from [e-mail] and click a link to confirm your email preferences.

7. On the Account Details page, check the categories of newsletters you would like to receive. You will see an indication that your changes are being saved.

9. Check your email inbox for a subscription confirmation email from Big Fish and click the button to confirm that you wish to subscribe to the newsletters.

I stopped receiving newsletters.

Make sure to check your spam folder! If you find that our newsletters have been going to spam, we recommend adding [e-mail] to the address book of your email account. 

Double check what emails you are signed up for on the Account Details page.

I want to unsubscribe from newsletters.

If you'd like to unsubscribe from newsletters:

1. Visit www.bigfishgames.com.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open the Welcome dropdown in the header.
4. Click "Account" to visit the Account Details page.
5. Uncheck the emails you no longer wish to receive.
