We are aware of an issue with updating to the new 4.0 version of the Game Manager. We have corrected this issue and updated our recommended update steps below. If you were having issues before, please try again to update your Game Manager.
We’ve updated the way you sign into our platform and it’s more secure than ever! You may find that you’re logged out of your account. Getting signed back in will be a breeze, but you might notice some visual updates to the sign-in experience.
With this update, we’ve released version 4.0.0.14 of the Game Manager and you’re required to update to access your account and games.
How to download the updated Game Manager
- PC/Windows users - Open your Game Manager and select “Options”. From the “About” tab, select “Check for Updates”.
- Mac users - Uninstall the Game Manager. See our help article on how to uninstall Game Manager. Then, download any game trial to install the updated Game Manager.
These updates include some major changes to Game Manager and the login experience. If you encounter any issues surrounding these changes, please reach out to our customer support team with the subject line “Major Game Manager Update: [your issue]”
