How do I add or update my billing information?
To add a new payment method, add it during your next purchase using the following steps.
- Add a game to your cart and proceed to the Checkout screen. Select CARDS or PAYPAL to add a payment method.
- Check the box that says Save for my next payment.
- Check the Terms of Use box and select Place Order to save your payment method.
How do I remove my billing information?
Go to the Stored Payment Methods page of your account to remove a billing profile from your account.
How do I change my Game Club Membership payment method?
Option 1 (Checkout page)
- Add the Game Club Membership to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
- Select a previously saved payment method, or
- Select CARDS or PAYPAL to add a new payment method. Check Save for my next payment to save this information in our system.
- Once you've selected or added a payment method, check the Terms of Use box and select Place Order to save your payment method.
Option 2 (Game Club Page)
- Sign in, access your Game Club Page, click Payment Settings (Image A) and click edit on the popup (Image B) to edit payment details
- In the Payment Settings popup, add your payment method and click Submit (Image C) (Image D)
- Click Save Payment on the bottom right.

How do I choose a new currency?
Follow the steps below to change the currency for your Game Club membership.
- Go to the Big Fish Games Homepage page and sign into your account.
- Select the currency from the header menu (underlined in red below).
- Select your preferred currency from the list.
What happens to my Game Club Membership when I delete my saved payment method?
If you delete your payment method while your Game Club Membership is still active, your membership will be canceled if you do not add an alternative payment method before the next renewal period.

Certain banks and credit cards will not process transactions in all currencies. For example, Switch can only process transactions in £ (GBP).
If you choose a currency that is incompatible with your particular payment method, you will be prompted to either choose a different currency or use as an alternate payment method that is compatible with the chosen currency.
