How do I update my billing information?
Go to the Stored Payment Methods page of your account to edit or remove a billing profile from your account.
How do I change my Game Club payment method?
- From your My Game Club page, in the Payment Details row, click Edit. (Image A)
- Under the Change Payment Details screen, go through the prompts to add your payment method. (Image B) (Image C)
- Click Save Payment on the bottom right.
How can I add a payment method?
If you'd like to use a new (general) payment method , you will need to add the payment via the Checkout while completing a purchase.
If you want to change your Game Club payment method, follow the details listed above.
How do I delete a payment method?
Click the Delete button to permanently remove a payment method from your account.
If you are currently an active member of Big Fish Game Club, you must first choose a new primary payment method before the you can delete the payment method from your account.
How do I choose a new currency?
Follow the steps below to change the currency for your Game Club membership.
- Go to the My Game Club page.
- Select the currency from the header menu (circled in the image below).
- Select the currency you’d like to change.
If you delete your payment method while your Game Club membership is still active, you will receive the following message. Your membership will be canceled if you do not add an alternative payment method.

Certain banks and credit cards will not process transactions in all currencies. For example, Switch can only process transactions in £ (GBP).
If you choose a currency that is incompatible with your particular payment method, you will be prompted to either choose a different currency or use as an alternate payment method that is compatible with the chosen currency.
