If you’ve made a purchase through the game and need a refund, the process depends on your device. In most cases, Google or Apple handles billing directly. Big Fish applies the credit only after the platform processes the refund.
📱 Android (Google Play)
Google Play manages all billing and refund requests. Since Big Fish does not handle your payment directly, you’ll need to contact Google for assistance.
🕒 If you're requesting a refund within 48 hours of purchase:
- Visit Google’s official help page:

- Follow the prompts to submit your request.
⏳ If you're requesting a refund after 48 hours:
- Go to the same help page above.
- Tap Apps, games & in-app purchases (including subscriptions).
- Provide as much detail as possible, including your Order number.
🍏 iOS (Apple App Store)
Apple handles all billing and refund requests for iOS devices. Big Fish applies the credit once Apple processes the refund.
