Game Club Memberships Issues Resolved
- Duplicate Membership Issue
Some players may have experienced an issue with their Game Club membership. We're glad to confirm that on March 13th, those affected would have received an email to let them know that any related refunds were issued for any duplicate transactions. These players should still have an active membership, and no further action is needed.
- Membership Activation Issue
For a smaller group of players, it was necessary to cancel and refund all active memberships. In this case, as a next step we'd like to direct you to our Reactivate/Renew Big Fish Game Club Membership help page. Following the steps there will enable continued access to Game Club benefits.
