What is the Felix the Fish Anniversary Gift?
We send a free plush Felix to Big Fish Game Club members who have kept their membership active for 12 consecutive months, meaning that the membership was in good standing and had not been placed on hold during this period. This one-time gift is sent after the first year of membership as a token of our appreciation for being a long time Game Club member.

Who is eligible?
To earn your Felix the Fish, you must stay a member in good standing for a continuous year, which means that all monthly membership payments must be completed. If you cancel and then reactivate within the same monthly billing cycle you’ll still be considered a continuous member.
However, if you cancel and reactivate after your monthly billing cycle ends, your membership clock will reset from the date of your reactivation. To see when your next billing date is, please visit your My Game Club page.
The membership must be under the same Big Fish Games account in order to qualify. Memberships across multiple accounts cannot be combined.
How do I know when my membership anniversary date is?
Visit your My Game Club page and view your Big Fish Game Club Account Activity to see when your current membership was started.
How do I claim my gift?
Emails are sent to qualifying members at the beginning of their 12th consecutive month of Game Club membership. If your account email address has changed or is no longer valid, you can update your email address now.
A rewards code to redeem your plush Felix the Fish will be included in the anniversary email along with a link to the Big Fish Games Rewards site. Once you've received your rewards code and have entered it into the designated box on the rewards site, you will then be asked to enter your shipping address and confirm that you want to redeem your reward.
