What is Burn3?
Burn3 is a fast-paced, player vs. player, poker-style game.

Installing the app
Burn3 is currently available to install through the following app stores:
- iTunes App Store - iPhone, iPad, iPod
- Google Play - Android devices
The game is not currently supported on the Amazon Kindle or on PC or Mac computers, however we hope to offer the game on additional platforms in the future.
To get started, select the Play Classic button, then Start Game on the following window. Your game will begin once you’re matched with another player.
Each match in Burn3 takes one energy to play. Your energy is shown as mini fire icons, and you can have up to five. When you run out of energy, you can refill with gems.
Gems are used to refill your energy and activate boosts. You can purchase Gems in the store, or win them from games and tournaments.
Before each game, you can activate up to three boosts. These boosts will affect your rewards for winning the game.
- Points x2: Multiplies the tournament points you receive for winning a match
- Skill Boost: Get extra Skill progress if you win the next match
- Energy Saver: Gain back energy if you win the next match
Once you play a game, you’re entered into a tournament. Every win awards tournament points, which are used to determine your rank. Tournaments last for 24 hours, and prizes are awarded at the end based on rank. You can view your rank and potential prizes via the Ranks tab in the main lobby.
As you play matches, your Skill Level will rise or fall based on whether you win or lose. Skill level starts at 25, and the highest level you can achieve is 1. With higher Skill Level, you get more rewards for winning tournaments. Once per week, Skill Levels reset and you get rewards based on your level at the end of the period.
Editing your name and photo
Tap on your photo in the main lobby to bring up the profile editing window. Once you’ve entered a name, you can tap the photo space to choose a new picture. Tap Save at the top of the screen to keep your changes. By entering an email address, you can also register for an account, which will allow you to play across multiple devices.
Crashing, Freezing, Unable to Open Game
There are several reasons why a game may crash, freeze, fail to open, or have other technical issues. If you've been playing for more than one hour consecutively, then there is a greater chance of this happening.

In most cases, merchants (such as Apple or Google) handle purchases and billing, while we apply the credit once they've processed the order. Since we don’t handle your credit card directly, it’s best to contact these merchants for any refunds or billing questions.
